Since the release of Beautiful Noise, "Revolve Around You" has resonated with so many of you in ways we never expected. It holds a special place for us too, which is part of why this video felt worth getting right.

Making the video
A few years back, Spen and I were dancing in a field at Lost Village on a hot August day. We saw our shadows stretched out on the grass and both said the same thing: that would make a great music video.
The idea stuck. In August 2025 I landed on Revolve Around You as the track for it. I bought an old Hi-8 camera, and the plan was a single static shot: no cuts, lean into the distortion, let the silhouettes carry the narrative.
I did a test recording with my flatmate Milo Roberts and we workshopped scenes and structure. I was conscious there weren't many summer days left and I didn't want to sit on it until the following year. We picked a day to shoot after work. It had been sunny since morning, then turned overcast the moment we arrived.
On a whim I asked Juju if she was free on the bank holiday Monday, the 25th. She was up for it. The day was perfect and the shoot went off without a hitch. Julianna and I have great chemistry, and a lot of what you see in the video came out of improvising on the spot.
I had real nerves afterwards, unsure if I had gotten all the shots I needed. But when I sat down with the footage and put together a rough cut, it all came together.
